Excellent tour visiting Queen Elizabeth Nat. P, Mt Sabinyo and Lake Bunyonyi. Highly recommend Afrika Panthera Safari

点评：This is the second time we use Afrika Panthera as tour operator and this will certainly not be the last time.
Two years ago, we (family of 5) visited Uganda and did a very memorable round trip organized by Afrika Panthera to Kibale National Park (Chimpanzees), Queen Elizabeth Nat. Park, Mburu Nat. Park and Murchinson Nat. Park.
This second time we were a group of 9 including our family of 5. We wanted to explore the south western corner of Uganda and return to Queen Elizabeth Nat Park so the 4 joining us this time could enjoy the scenery and wildlife of QENP.
We were picked up at Governors Club Hotel in Entebbe and transfer to Green Village Apartments, Kitumba, on the outskirts of Fort Portal. Green Village Apartments served as base for the 2½ week stay.
Our tour this time took us to Queen Elizabeth Nat Park, staying overnight at Queen Elisabeth Bush Lodge. This was a request from us to come back to this lodge that we stayed at 2 years ago as well. Queen Elizabeth NP excellent park to visit. The game drive was great and possible even better was the boat trip on Kazinga Channel.
Day 2 drive to Kisoro in the very southwestern corner, staying at Travellers Rest Hotel before on day 3 hiking up Mt. Sabinyo in Mahinga Nat. Park. Tough walk – we were warned – but it was some much worth the effort. Coming down Mt. Sabinyo we drove to Lake Bunyonyi staying at the gem - Byoona Amagara Island Retreat at Lake Bunyonyi.
On Day 4 we enjoyed a boat trip on the this very beautiful lake visiting a Pygmy community on the southwestern shore of the lake, the Supreme Adventure Park Bunyonyi and having lunch at Lake Bunyonyi Eco Resort. On Day 5 we return to Fort Portal /Green Village Apartments after stopping at the equator and having a nice lunch Ku Luwombo Restaurant in Kasese
This trip was tailormade by Afrika Panthera listening to our request and wishes for the tour. Because of our group size we were driving in two cars. Both the drivers and the tour guides were excellent and very knowledgeable. The hotels chosen were very good. In general things just worked out so well. We had a very good tour and will highly recommend traveling with Afrika Panthera
