Undue stress due to rude ticket agent

点评：There was a very rude, unfriendly woman printing my tickets at the dock. She did not even look up at me or say a word to me when she gave me the boat tickets. More importantly she failed to tell me there would be 2 boats. When a boat arrived I stood in a long line to board thinking it was headed to St Thomas airport. While sitting in the lower level of this boat, I was unaware that a second boat had arrived. Thank goodness a tour guide asked if anyone was on this boat that had not been on this boat to come to St. John. He wanted to make sure everyone was on the right boat. I was NOT on the right boat and would have missed my flight home.
The woman at the desk later defended herself saying she had sent me a text. It would have been much better if she had just looked up with a smile when I checked in and told me there were 2 boats and to be sure to board the one going to the St, Thomas airport. It was very stressful to me for no reason😣
