点评:We were there from December 20th to the 24th. We had booked the Arenal bungalow. Instead, we were put all the way in the back of the resort in room 320, 321, which was isolated. It was so difficult to walk there that far with two adults that were in their 70s and two young small children. There was banging and noise all night where we were unable to sleep. We informed the front desk at like five o’clock in the morning and the subsequent day we were moved to another location. Even in that location, there was no Wi-Fi. The shower was only scorching hot water with no cold water in it, which burned my mother when she was taking a shower because she could not get the water cold. There were roaches all over. And again, despite the advertisement of free Wi-Fi, there was no Wi-Fi. We then had dinner at the restaurant on the resort and a large fragment of plastic was found in the food, which we reported to the waiter. And we were given a free dessert and that was their only remedy for this. This was absolutely… and then we were also given a hassle over a $270 credit, which has still not been resolved. We have been extremely disappointed with this entire stay. The resort is… The front desk staff was dismissive and did not care. And I’ve left multiple horrible reviews, would never recommend anyone to come there. I would like a response from Mr. Esteban ASAP about this stay.
