Discovery Science Place的点评
点评：I think that this place has long since passed its hay-day. Several exhibits were broken or not working properly. We took a 1 year old and an 11 year old. The older enjoyed the ship and the cave but they only entertained him for 15 minutes. The light bright activity was more appealing. There was only one small ‘sensory’ area that the younger could roam free in and it was not safe. Moss had been glued to the walls and fallen off onto the floor in several areas and perfect for a toddler to put in his mouth. The water bubbles are fascinating for this age but it has a large electrical box right next to it at floor level. Overall, we were under-whelmed.
I would say ages 3-9 would be the right fit for this place but you won’t spend more than 2 hrs if that. I agree that the price is high for what is offered. They do have ‘Museums for all’ discount for and that is good but not worth the regular price in my opinion.
