点评：My family stopped to see a CBJ game as part of our quest to see every NHL arena. After 13 arenas, this was by far our LEAST favorite. We got their 4 ticket family deal bundle worth about $120 including fees and tax. The bundle also included food vouchers for a small drink and meal. We weren’t sure what we could get and where we could go when we purchased them but we noticed the one place in the 200s section said “chicken tenders value meal.” So we purchased them there and the lady that took our order was older and hard of hearing and got our drinks wrong. The food was adequate for being part of a $30/ticket bundle, but the food options and service were definitely lacking.
The deal, however, is obviously working for them as they had a packed house on a Sunday night game as people from Cleveland and Cincinnati make the drive over to see them play.
Next is the seats. As a large man, these seats are absolutely brutal and the leg room isn’t any better. A lot of these reviews that give this arena a 4 or 5 stars are folks I expect have never seen anything better or more impressive.
On the plus side, we parked at McConnell garage and got out relatively quick, but be forewarned to always back in the spot rather than pulling in so you can get out easier without having to force your way out and get in a wreck because drivers around that area are ruthless. Merchandise selection was decent but wayyy overpriced for how bad the team is. A normal jersey without a player name should be no more than $100 bucks for them, they go $150. I wouldn’t go back to another game or event here, at least not in the $200 section again.
