点评:I don’t normally drop bad reviews but NAHKITA at the front ticketing needs one. A friend of mine gave her ambassador pass to redeem clearly saying complimentary but she was only given 50%. We told her that it should be free. NAHKITA said its only 50% for ambassador pass she kept repeating it and told us we can check online instead of asking her supervisor. We are long time local so while we are up at the gondola we asked somebody we know from Pursuit. She told us the new pass given this year is 50% but not the old one from last year. We then went back to the front ticketing and Gandi ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ supervisor was there so we told him about what happened and confirmed that it should be free. He then wait for NAHKITA to fix her mistake and told her about the ambassador pass. Refund was done and no apology or eye contact from NAHKITA. Very rude and unapologetic for a customer service job. 5 STARS GANDI and ABSOLUTELY ZERO STAR FOR NAHKITA! 🚩🚩🚩
