点评：Reserved this excursion through Princess Denali Lodge on the day of the flight. The payment was noted as being non-refundable. After being picked up for the flight and during the briefing with the pilot it became obvious that we would not be going above 10 to 12 thousand ft of altitude requiring supplemental oxygen due to weather conditions. We learned that an earlier flight had already been cancelled. I understand the reason and need for safety, and the description includes a notice of this. What we didn't appreciate was not being given the option of cancelling the trip when it was obvious to the company that the flight had no expectation of going to the summit. Two days earlier another company we had reservations with offered a redacted flight due to the same issue and allowed us to cancel with a complete refund 1/2 hr before departure.

In fairness all other aspects of the experience were good.
