A lovely family experience

点评：We have been on a number of wine tours and this was different, in a good way. The tour includes the history and cultivation of the vines. There is a lot of detail about the work the family have put in and the passion is evident, resulting in fantastic, award winning wines. You start with a power point presentation, move to the vines and then back for wine tasting. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and keen to chat and answer questions and was lovely when my nine year old asked a question too. Wines are lovely. We stayed for the Welsh chacuterie and are glad we did, good portions, a run down of what we had, and very tasty, we had a lovely time eating looking at the vineyard. No winery on site, but did not matter. My only comment would be that although they are dog (not near vines) and child friendly, it would have been good if the children had been offered a juice when we were tasting the wine, they did just sit there. But overall a great experience.
