BC Wildlife Park的点评
点评：We had a very nice visit to the BC wildlife Park and we felt the adult admission price of 23.45 was worth it. We spent about 2 hours in the wildlife park and were able to see all exhibit areas. We felt lucky because we saw most animals and we feel it would be easy to miss a few due to the size of the exhibits or some have indoor spaces like the porcupines. I believe most animals we saw when we went are not releasable into the wild due to their injuries or behaviours. All the animals have signs that show their names, their history and we loved that some had benches made for them with their names on them. It wasn't too busy when we visited and that was likely due to the smokey air when we visited the area but this was not an issue for us. The highlights were seeing the blonde bear, the three legged bobcat and the burrowing owls for us. It is worth spending time to go to all the areas and it is a bit of a walk to get around the park so bring water, sunscreen and a good pair of shoes. They have a small train that goes through the park and if you're more interested they have animals talks in some areas.
The indoor spaces are also pretty cool too. They have some smaller animals like salamanders, snakes, insects and we enjoyed their beehive that had a tube that went outside. They have a very good gift shop and cafeteria including some good deals for souvenirs and food.

The park is located on the south side of the river and there are some things to do along the river and a winery on the otherside but we felt the park was enough. After visiting the park we went back into town for lunch and some more sightseeing.

室内的展区也相当有趣。那里有一些小型动物，比如蝾螈、蛇和昆虫，我们特别喜欢那个带有通向室外管道的蜂巢展区。园区的礼品店和自助餐厅也很不错，能买到性价比很高的纪念品和食物。BC野生动物公园位于坎卢普斯以东，驱车片刻即可到达。公园坐落在河的南岸，河边有一些可游玩的景点，河对岸还有一家酒庄，不过我们认为光是游览公园就足够了。参观完公园后，我们回到镇上吃午饭并继续观光。
