点评："I reluctantly gave one star because, sadly, zero stars isn’t an option. This company’s customer service could star in its own reality show—‘Canada’s Best Hide and Seek Champions.’ I’ve called and emailed so many times, it feels like they’ve gone into witness protection—no response, no resolution, just silence.
Never, ever rely on their shuttle bus unless you enjoy waiting endlessly from the moon and back. And don’t expect any cancellation notices, even though the shuttle service is included in your lesson ticket.
Oh, and if you think logic applies here, think again—they’ll happily send you to a Level 2 class after just one hour of Level 1, even when you’re not qualified. Want a refund? Forget it. No matter what proof you provide, refunds seem to be as mythical as unicorns.
To top it all off, you’ll get the joy of lugging heavy boots across scattered snow, all while questioning every life choice that brought you here. I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my most hated coworker!
