Massive disappointment, no hot water and main check in empty dusty shelves

点评:I never like to complain normally but felt this was just so disappointing I had to.
The Sheraton has done their best to keep this Spa open during construction and no doubt to retain the Star rating that comes with an onsite Gym/Spa.
First impression is shelves are more or less empty and dusty, weird, nothing like other well presented spas in the area. I paid for a high end 90 min body treatment, there was no hot water to shower/rinse as was described in the treatment, I was freezing after having to quickly move for a different shower to find that was cold also. Exfoliator product I couldn’t rinse off in freezing shower so ended up wiping most off.
Please don’t waste your money or time with Heavenly Spa at Sheraton/Westin, I would recommend going to another resort for spa treatments, this Wellness Centre with gym (cold spa pool!!) and Day Spa has been kept open during construction at a very disappointing standard, dusty empty shelving is a bad first impression, and then no hot water was unheard of. Mentioned to staff nicely as I left that I was freezing due to no hot water, they likely knew, but kept taking bookings.

千万不要在喜来登/威斯汀的天梦水疗中心浪费时间和金钱,我建议去其他度假村做水疗。这家带健身房(冷水疗池!!)和日间水疗中心的健康中心在施工期间一直保持开放,但水质非常糟糕,布满灰尘的空架子给人的第一印象很差,而且没有热水的情况也屡见不鲜。我离开时礼貌地跟工作人员说,因为没有热水,我感觉很冷,他们可能知道,但还是继续接受预订。
真可惜。
