点评：My husband, 15yr old son & I visited the venue for the 1st time today. My husband & son were booked in at the Air Rifle Range. We were greeted by Richard (one of the owners), and he was polite, friendly & welcoming. He directed us to the main reception where we had to register. The young man (sorry, I didn't get his name) was also really welcoming and friendly. Once back at the range, Richard gave a detailed and through safety briefing in a friendly and easy to understand way. The boys then started theor session. I quietly mentioned to Richard that my son had really low confidence and was worried, and also learnt things a little slower. He acknowledged it, then went straight over to my son offering extra advice, support & encouragement. Richard had to dash off, but his father came in his place. I sat and had a good one chat with dad talking about anything & everything. There were also a couple of other guys using the range, who were clearly regulars. Joe couldnt have been more friendly and helpful. A really lovely guy. Overall, we all had a great time. We all felt fully supported, welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. Going somewhere for the 1st time, and where there may be more experienced people can sometimes give a feeling of intimidation. This was absolutely NOT the case. It couldnt have been more the opposite. A friendly, welcoming, relaxed environment, with people on hand to support if needed. Thank you. We will definitely be returning.
翻译：今天，我和丈夫以及15岁的儿子第一次来到这个地方。丈夫和儿子报名参加了气枪射击体验。我们受到了理查德（业主之一）的热情接待，他礼貌、友善且热情好客。他带我们到主接待处进行登记。那位年轻的工作人员（很抱歉，我没记住他的名字）也同样热情友好。回到射击场后，理查德以亲切且易于理解的方式为我们做了详细的安全讲解。随后，孩子们开始了训练课。我悄悄对理查德说，我的儿子自信心极低，心里很不安，而且学习速度也稍慢一些。他表示理解，接着立刻走到我儿子身边，给予他额外的建议、支持和鼓励。随后理查德不得不匆匆离开，但他的父亲接替了他。我则坐下来，和这位父亲畅谈了一番，聊了很多话题。当时还有另外几个人也在使用射击场，显然他们都是常客。Joe真是热情又乐于助人——一个非常可爱的人。总的来说，我们都玩得很开心。我们感受到了无微不至的照顾与欢迎，任何需求都能得到满足。第一次去某个地方时，如果遇到比自己经验丰富的人，往往会让人感到有些紧张不安。但这次绝对不是这样——情况恰恰相反：环境友好又轻松，随时都有人愿意在需要时提供帮助。谢谢！我们一定会再来的。
