点评：Point Udall is a somewhat remote point at the far eastern end of the island of St. Croix. The island is home to many micro climates and Point Udall makes one think of a semi-arid locale given the scrub and cacti growing profusely over the land. The point is owned by the Nature Conservancy and well maintained. The view at the top of the large hill of dramatic waves crashing into volcanic rock down below is captivating.
But it doesn't take long to watch over the crashing waves until you are ready to say, I've been to the eastern most point in the United States. Many get back in their AC'd vehicle and head back towards more populated parts of the island. But there are some great hiking trails right near point Udall. The hike to Isaac's and Jack's Bay starts just down the road and is highly recommended. See more on those locales in the reviews for that location.
