After responding to the survey, I received an automated reply from François Panneton that did not show a genuine effort to understand or address my issue (overcharges). After some back and forth, they eventually confirmed that the chairlift ticket HAD NOT BEEN USED and agreed to issue a refund.
While I appreciate the refund, this situation could have been avoided with proper guidance upfront—especially for first-time skiers. Selling chairlift tickets to beginners who do not need them is not an adequate or responsible practice, and this is something the ticket office should address.

Be aware they will sell you tickets to the slope even if you’re doing beginner classes and they know you won’t ski from the top. I will dispute that extra 109$ with my credit card company…..
Also, I had a huge inconvenience where they lost my boots and wanted me to wait until the end of the day after everyone retrieved their stuff so I could get my shoes. Zachary promised they’d have it by the end of my class and of course no one cared. When I got back and started making a scene, Louis said “ we don’t work for you” !!! Woaaa! Very professional!!!!
Oh well, you certainly don’t but you are accountable for not doing the right thing and not doing your job properly.
Kudos to Marc and all the instructors from the ski school which were really good and extra patient!
