点评：Benchmark Wilderness Ranch is just a little piece of heaven on earth. It really is. It is a pristine wilderness front range of the Rocky Mountains glorious get-away. It is completely off the grid by about fifteen miles of gravel road. This is a really good thing.
If you are looking for a spotlessly clean and just comfy enough cabin then this is your place. If your heart's desire is to retreat to a mountain cabin that still looks like it did in 1930 then this is your place. There is a hot shower and two flush type toilets so that is lovely of course. The dustpan was probably great grandma's. The pancake turner was brand spanking new in 1951. The water at the outside pump is delightfully pure and cold and clear. It brews a great cup of morning coffee. Bring good books and a fishing pole and hiking shoes and maybe an old inner tube if you'd like to float around real lazy on Wood Lake. Just know that you will never ever want to leave.
