BC Aviation Museum的点评
点评：I spent a really enjoyable morning here with my Brother in law. There was a really warm welcome from all of the enthusiastic, cheerful, well informed and knowledgable volunteers we encountered.
Parking is easy and close to the Museum
We headed straight for the guided tour of the water bomber which are every half hour. The guide was exceptional and very amicable indeed;which made the visit even more fun.👍😀
The exhibits are well laid out, spaced for easy access, and with more than enough information to inform you of what you are looking at.
The volunteers are on hand should you need further information about the numerous aircraft of all types on display.
For me I especially liked the old bi planes and the wartime displays showing what a crucial and honourable role the Canadian people played in the world wars, still humbling for a Brit🇨🇦🇬🇧
Top tip: Its well worth doing the guided tour of the water bomber and to be shown around the first passenger jet as you cant go on your own and the guides are so engaging its rude not too😀👍
There are good restrooms here and a shop but no cafe however you can take a coffee in should you wish. A great venue for kids of all ages👍
For entry its about $15 for seniors and well worth the fee to support this independent museum. In summary a great friendly place to visit, lots to see and especially a attraction for a rainy day.
