点评：Do not trust this person Juliant Jesus Vazquez Perez or Chankanaab. What was supposed to be a safe, customized day trip with my son turned into a dangerous, expensive nightmare on day one of our vacation.
Bait-and-Switch: We agreed on a $120/person custom itinerary to see El Cielo and cenotes, explicitly asking not to go to Chankanaab. He completely ignored our itinerary, skipped El Cielo entirely, ended up at Chankanaab anyway when we thought we were going on a boat to go diving.
Severe Safety Concerns: The guide (who claims his dad owns Chankanaab) was drinking and driving, texting with both hands off the wheel, and dozing off to the point where his cousin had to take over driving.
Inappropriate & Threatening Behavior: In front of my son, he bragged about carrying a gun and a machete, running with bad crowds, and made vulgar remarks.
Extortion & Overcharging: At the end of the day, he demanded over $900, inventing charges for things we never did (like jet skis and El cielo). I paid $620 just to safely get back to our resort. Afterward, he refused to return a shirt I left behind or give us our dive photos unless I paid an extra $100, and sent abusive, cursing texts when I refused.
Bottom Line: This was a total scam that left us feeling unsafe and cheated out of our money and vacation time. Avoid him, his family, and his tours at all costs.
