Not the cleanest but good slides

点评：We came here as a family and whilst there is plenty to do here (for kids and adults), I couldn’t help but feel like it was just quite dirty. Dirty in the sense that there seems to be black mould on the inside of every single white grate around the pools. This isn’t just something that happens over night. It made me feel uneasy when my young daughter sat on the wall of the swimming pools. In the jacuzzi area, there were holes in the side which also appeared to be black.
In addition to this, the steps down to the ‘island’ where our sunbeds were, were wobbly and loose and someone will fall if it’s not fixed and seriously hurt themselves.
I can get over the waterpark being dated and in need of modernisation (and even the sunbeds feeling quite worn) but the black mould and steps are a real health and safety issue.
Whilst I understand that every public space in the world needs maintenance (particularly in busy seasons), the issues around aren’t just things that have happened over night.
The toilets and changing facilities were quite clean and modern but no toilet seats on the toilets lets them down. My young daughter did not want to sit on them (or myself for that matter).
All staff we came into contact with were really friendly and a credit to the waterpark.
Food was quite nice, albeit a little expensive but you expect it to be at a waterpark.
The main slides themselves, lazy river and the kids slides were all good.
