Adorably kid friendly little museum & very nice Polar Express trip

点评：Came for a Polar Express train ride. We arrived early to do the museum itself, and I'm so glad we did. If it had just been us adults, it is quite a small museum and we would have finished pretty quickly - but with 2 7-year olds, we spent a good 20 mins playing in each little display area. The kids LOVED all of the interactive exhibits. Very fun. I will say - we only saw one other group go through during our visit - if it had been crowded it would have been less pleasant. As the museum is in train cars, its quite a tight fit ...and the kids really wanted to sit and play, so having other guests in the same space would have been much less fun for them.
The other odd thing was we didn't realize there was a bathroom at the very end, so when someone had to pee, we went all the way back to the beginning and out. On our way back in my mother got stopped, and since I had the kids and the tickets, and had already went back into the museum cars area, she had kind of an awkward exchange with the ticket-checker. He acted like he wasn't going to let her in, as if she hadn't paid. But he hadn't stopped me with the kids, for me to tell him I had her ticket or anything...
As far as our Polar Express ride went - the kids really loved it. They played games, & met Santa, and it was a good long trip.
