点评:Located on Fort Bragg. You must do your homework to locate the route to the visitor's center to get a pass to gain entrance to the area. Signs on roads are unclear on how to get to the visitor's center. Don't follow the signs for the WELCOME center because you will enter the wrong gate and need to turn around to travel several more miles to locate the VISITOR center. Once there, bring your license, vehicle registration and vehicle insurance card to receive a pass to get through the gate. Free admission. Museum was smaller than I anticipated and most of the displays were of uniforms and equipment of prominent soldiers. I completed my personal tour in about an hour. Gift shop was outstanding with many choices and sizes of apparel. Museum was not large enough to display larger equipment and recreated scenes of battles, etc. The Airborne & Special Ops Museum @ 100 Bragg Blvd did have the larger equipment, etc and I spent almost 3 hours in that museum. Was fascinating to see all of the training areas inside Fort Bragg and along the roads I traveled in the fort. Viewing the planes and other military equipment located on the hill behind the museum was worth the trip.
