Bucklebury Farm Park的点评
点评：21 of us visited on a Saturday in August with an age range of 7 months to 75 years old.
A lot of our group bought tickets via Groupon, paying approx £8 a ticket which we thought was reasonable.
The park itself isn’t massive but there is ample space for picnics. The softplay was okay but overcrowded- I had to ask the people on the counter if they wanted to take my ticket. Unfortunately my 7 month old daughter was unable to stay in the under 2 section for a substantial amount of time because parents were letting their children run wild in the baby area despite the signs. Perhaps it would have been better to separate the baby area because where it linked to the main soft play children were just running through.
Unfortunately people also ignored the socks rule which wasn’t ideal. They could have done with a bit more enforcement of the rules and I’m not convinced they were recording the number of people entering.
The farmyard animals are fine- nothing special but nice for a wonder round.
The absolute highlight of the day was the tractor ride. Given we were such a large group we were on a tractor to ourselves. We did not expect to be so close to the deer it was incredible and everyone loved it. The guides Ken and Olly were so knowledgeable. The animals were just beautiful and it was a really cool experience.
If we were up that way again we would definitely return and it’s a good meeting point for families from Oxford/ Wiltshire. There was something for everyone regardless of age and our whole family said how much they enjoyed it. If they sorted out the softplay it would be 5 stars.
