点评：Unfortunate start to our wine tour day. My friends and I had a day of touring booked and Black Hills was our first stop. Upon entering, a few friendly faces greeted us and we were enthusiastic about the pretty patio. As the sommelier was preparing our tasting, our tour guide was guiding us on how to properly taste the wine for the best experience. Before he could finish his sentence, he was rudely interrupted by the sommelier and told to go inside and get water. We were pretty surprised and taken aback. To make things more uncomfortable, she then proceeded to ask if we were interested in the wine club and when we said we would like to taste the wine first, she said"ok I see, no business today, only wine " and walked away for the next serving. She also encouraged us multiple times to pour our wine in the spatoon at any time because we "had a long day ahead". We had to prompt her to tell us about the wines and the winery and she gave brief detail but mostly fixated on the birds that "poop on our cars" " and their whole fam damily" and to be aware of "the invisible shark in the pool". It seemed she was trying to make jokes but it was all very odd and noone in the group was sure how to react. We tried to laugh our way through but it left a very bad taste in our mouths and we didnt feel like we wanted to purchase or support the venue because of the experience. I know we all would have spent more had the wines been presented to us by someone else in another way but we all wanted to get away as soon as possible. Black Hills please reconsider the face of your tasting experience.
