Incredible winter hot air balloon and family rafting. Super friendly staff

点评：Booked the winter hot air balloon and family rafting on the same day. For the balloon ride, their website advised ski wear. We simply wore the same for the rafting as it was the same day. You can rent boots, gloves etc if needed.
The operator called at about 6am in the morning telling us we were good to go for that day for the balloon ride. We were picked up at the hotel. Other guests were picked up along the way. We saw them fill up the balloon and were soon on the air. The weather was perfect during our ride. It was calm and we gently drifted while our pilot showed us some landmarks. We managed to catch a glimpse of diamond dust on the way up. Soon our time was up and we landed with the help of the ground crew in the chaser vans. The balloon ride in the winter was an amazing experience. Our pilot from Kobe spoke English.
For the family rafting, we arrive at their office ourselves. The provided water proof boots, floatation jackets and then drove us to the nearby Sorachi River. It was another calm and serene ride down the crystal clear river with multiple sightings of deer along the way. The same pilot was our guide on the river and he expertly angled and positioned the raft for us to enjoy the sights along the river. We somehow managed to get a little wet but they allowed us to changed onto extra socks and switch to a dry pair of boots.
As the river was faster than usual, they offered us try their snow rafting. In a similar raft but pulled by a snow mobile, we were tossed and bounced along bumps and side hills along their course right at their office. While it can be slightly dizzy, everyone has great fun too.
We would really like to thank everyone at Asobiya for showing us Furano and the incredible experiences at Furano.
