爱伦温室花园的点评
点评：Beautiful conservatory, but the experience with staff completely ruined it for us. We were taking personal photos casually and were immediately approached and treated as though we were doing a professional commercial shoot simply because we had a camera. One staff member claimed that taking photos with our camera was "blocking the pathway" and even pointed to our baby stroller while saying it, despite visitors constantly stopping throughout the conservatory to take photos with phones in the exact same areas.
When we calmly tried to explain that the photos were for personal use, we were told we were
"lying" and were essentially given an ultimatum to either put the camera away or leave. We were completely dismissed and not even given the chance to clarify.
The conservatory itself is beautiful, but the rude, dismissive, and accusatory attitude from staff made the experience feel unnecessarily uncomfortable, targeted, and unwelcoming
