点评：We had a wonderful time at Adventure Island in Southend! As someone with a medical assistance dog, I was initially unsure how accessible the park would be, but I was really impressed by how welcoming and accommodating the staff were.
From the moment we arrived, the team was friendly and helpful, making sure we had all the information we needed. My medical assistance dog was welcomed without issue, and staff were respectful of their role, allowing us to navigate the park comfortably. There were also quiet areas where we could take breaks when needed, which was really helpful.
The best part was that this allowed me to fully be part of our family day out. My three-year-old had an amazing time enjoying the rides with my wife, while my medical assistance dog and I were able to stay close and enjoy the experience together. It meant so much to be included and not feel like I was on the sidelines.
It’s refreshing to visit a theme park that truly understands accessibility and inclusion. If you’re visiting with a medical assistance dog, I’d recommend checking in with staff on arrival—they’re more than happy to help.
