Do your "maintenance" when you are closed!

点评：We have been season pass holders at Callaway Park for many years. I can't simply put into words how disappointing our last visit was.
The place was packed and we waited in line for over thirty minutes on three rides, only get to the front to learn that the ride was closed for maintenance over and over again!
Additionally, the park only opens at 11 am now... That extra hour is a huge loss for early birds who like to come early, get their rides done and leave.
Ticket prices are on the rise and it is always busy! Without a doubt your revenues must be good, but c'mon, do your maintenance when you are closed! Your paying guests are being turned away after wasting hours of their day in line.
My daughter also got her finger pinched when the door on one of the Sky Climber cabins slid and closed on her hand! An excellent example highlighting the effectiveness of your "maintenance" program, eh?
I can't imagine how upset all who paid full price were today... Even as a season ticket holder it was a huge let down! 👎
