Excellent All Day Visit
Hollycombe Steam Collection的点评
点评：Excellent visit with three grandsons. Everything was in steam; the rides were all as per scheduled on the boards, and at a not unreasonable price. Friendly, informed and genuine staff, most if not all are volunteers.
I've added some pictures from the lovely indoor / outdoor café as it wasn't clear whether there was much on offer (the website being temporarily down when we looked) and pretty much all of the photos we could find are of the engines and fairground attractions. As well as the stuff pictured, they also had tea, coffee (naturally), pasties, sausage rolls and turnovers on the counter, plus beer flavoured crisps.
In the middle of nowhere, the car's SatNav was spot on so easy to find.
This attraction is not Legoland, Chessington or Thorpe Park; it's substantially different and vastly better value for money at a reasonable price IMHO.
Thoroughly recommended. A+++
