点评：This is the second time my daughter and I have visited Kyre park gardens. Last time it was raining and so we agreed to return on a better day. Today we visited again; it was a beautiful day which helps a lot!
The positives: expansive grounds, several paths following lakes and follies, very pretty indeed. Excellent for a picnic and great if you have young kids as there’s lots of space for them to explore. There’s a honesty box and suggested donations of £3.50 per person which is fairly reasonable.
The negatives: Kyre Park is literally in the middle of nowhere. There are no toilets available and you need to drive some way to find any public loos. The antique shop/cafe has been closed for some time by the look of it and this hasn’t been updated on the website so if you are looking for refreshments and/or a toilet then you are out of luck.
Would we go again? Probably not, twice was definitely enough but it is a beautiful place and they keep the gardens looking lovely.
