点评：We had an incredible experience at Go Ape Whinlatter, all thanks to the amazing support from Wren. My 9-year-old daughter, Macie, who is usually terrified of heights, was determined to give it a try—but once she got up there, the fear took over and she was in tears, refusing to move.
That’s when Wren stepped in. She spoke to Macie so calmly and kindly, instantly building a connection and gaining her trust. With gentle encouragement and clear instructions, Wren talked her through the first challenge and stayed nearby with constant reassurance.
Because of Wren's patience and encouragement, Macie not only completed the whole course—but she was so proud and confident afterward that she went back and did it all over again on her own!
We truly can’t thank Wren enough. She turned what could’ve been a scary, disappointing day into an empowering and joyful experience. Absolute star!
