点评:We booked a Christmas tour and upon arrival went to the ticket office and asked where to report to, she told us to go outside and around the corner and into a different lobby. There I checked in with my name and tour and we were told to wait for our group.
About half way into our tour it began to seem like there was nothing about Christmas on our tour. We continued on the tour and finally after our tour was nearly over (which was 15 min past the published time) we walked out as we had another tour at Tower Bridge in 3o minutes.
On the way out I again went to the ticket office and asked how the tour I was on was Christmas and was told we were directed to the wrong tour. What? How could that happen when I checked in with my tickets and name, not once, BUT TWICE. Cashier couldn't really care less. Asked for a Manager who had no resolve for us. We ended up just leaving and emailed Manager asking for a refund and she responded by telling me I was rude and she would have refunded me, but instead now I need to challenge it with my credit card company.
Horrible experience! Tour was not as promised and boring for our children, tour guide smelled like an ashtray and staff is clearly not capable of doing their jobs.
