Bit disappointed....

点评：Booked with a group of friends for a chill day .. arrived to a car park full of staff and customers.. fire drill !
Checked in with limited info given .. spent the first hour trying to navigate where we should change, lockers almost full , small changing rooms so more than 6 people meant they were crowded and hot !
Some lockers didn't work , and didn't have towels and robes in, so we had to go to reception ( for the 2nd time to ask! )
Eventually got changed..and went to find the paddle sessions ...to be told,'Don't do that anymore ...' So ended up just sat outside until it was time for our treatments .. facials were lovely, just inconsistent..2 members of the party were offered additional treatments..2 weren't.
Lunch was really nice, but as we were booked for 1.30... we felt a bit rushed to leave as they were clearing down.
Overall, we were disappointed as the place seem over crowded and disorganised .. too many customers for too few staff ... which is a shame.
House and gardens are beautiful, Had it not been a sunny day, so we could sit in the garden , we would have probably left early .
