Champneys Henlow Spa的点评
点评：I had an overall really lovely stay at Henlow Champneys Spa. The staff were wonderful throughout — genuinely kind and attentive, and they went to great lengths to make the experience relaxing.
That said, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The steam room unfortunately had a very unpleasant smell, which did take away from the atmosphere. I think this could easily be resolved with something like eucalyptus or a fresh scent being used. A few other areas of the spa had a similar issue, which wasn’t ideal. In the women’s showers, the shower gel was often empty.
For dinner, there was only one vegetarian option on the menu, which felt quite limiting. To their credit though, the staff kindly went out of their way to make a fresh tomato pasta for us, which was delicious. Breakfast and lunch, however, were both excellent — fresh, varied, and really enjoyable.
Overall, it was a great experience with brilliant staff, and with a few small improvements it could be even better.
