点评:After visiting here three times before we were expecting the same standard of spa break as when we Last visited in 2021. Unfortunately this visit has been a huge disappointment!
On check in to our room we only had one towel. This was dealt with quickly though.
The attached photos are just a snippet of what the place now looks like everywhere. The spa area is especially in need of a major upgrade and the whole place needs investment.
It’s impossible to get any seating around the pool and this was never the case before. It looks like they want to cram as many people in as possible to make as much money as possible but they are certainly not putting this back into the building!!
Spa pool jets were not working and a member told me they had been broken for at least two months. Outside jacuzzi had a sign that said it would be closed for an hour, two hours later still not reopened so we never even got to use it, very disappointing.
Bedroom lovely and very comfortable beds but bathroom smelled of damp and had a terrible creaky door. Hallways around the bedrooms are dreadful. Carpets in a state and filthy walls.
Now to breakfast…… had to wait ages for hot food. Lovely waitresses were apologising profusely and said there was a problem with Chef. It all came out after people had left as fed up with waiting. Lunch and dinner was very enjoyable though my green vegetables arrived a long time after my steak did. Would have been good to have eaten it all together!
With a bit more thought and consideration into guests experiences and needs and investment it could be back to what it once was.

水疗池的喷水装置坏了,一位工作人员告诉我至少已经坏了两个月。室外按摩浴缸贴着告示说关闭一小时,结果两个小时过去了还没重新开放,我们根本没机会用,真是太失望了。
卧室很漂亮,床也很舒服,但是浴室有股潮湿的味道,而且门吱吱作响,非常难受。卧室周围的走廊简直糟糕透了。地毯破旧不堪,墙壁也脏兮兮的。
再说早餐……等了好久才等到热食。可爱的服务员们不停地道歉,说厨师那边出了点问题。等大家都等得不耐烦地离开了之后,才知道真相。午餐和晚餐都很愉快,虽然我的蔬菜比牛排晚了很久才上。要是能一起吃就好了!
如果酒店能多花些心思,多考虑一下客人的体验和需求,并加大投入,或许就能恢复到以前的水平了。
