点评：Two poor experiences in two days...we've visited regularly, with frankly mixed experiences, but probably won't bother again. How can you not expect to be busy in that location?!? Yesterday, no menu's anywhere. Queued for a while, no eggs. No offer of a veggie alternative to breakfast until the kitchen bought out the sausage and bacon (oh you'd run out of that as well...) sandwiches. Bit late to offer something then, front of house should have known. Today, ordered via JustEat. Appreciate that the delivery is beyond your control, but perhaps don't use the platform? Especially when your kitchen staff state you've previously had issues.
If you can't cope with the orders. Don't take them. Previous experiences of "it's a long wait for food". Just not good enough, to be honest. Shame, as the food is good (when you get it) and a lovely location.
