点评:My second time there - this place never fails to disappoint.
1 - Everything is very expensive but the experience itself is at best blah.
2 - They truly don't give a flip about their customers. They work in volume and individuals don't matter much. There are so many examples of this but I have no strength to write them. Just know that you don't matter.
3 - Their facilities are outdated and often broken.
My first trip was a ski trip. The lodge where everyone had to wait was unbelievably overcrowded with old and broken chairs and table. The bathroom was difficult to find and very dirty. The wait for the ski lifts was insane. Whatever.
My second trip was for the mountain coaster. Purchased many tickets well in advance. Drove more than 2 hours to get there and find that the mountain coaster is closed. The snoot at the window could hardly be bothered to explain that there was a "maintenance issue" and we could receive a refund if we wanted.
Mind you, no explanation was offered and I had to literally ask three times what the issue was and why we were not contacted prior. Her attitude was awful.
When I inquired whether there was some sort of complimentary ticket to one of their other attractions, she curtly responded that we could get a refund. Really? We drove more than 2 hours and all we get is a refund? No consideration for the customer? Unreal.
We asked others who went on the zip line how their experiences were and they reassured us that they are slow and boring and the workers were indifferent.
There is something completely off about a place that truly disdains the customer. It's almost like they want you drop off your money and then get the heck out of there because you're just a nuisance. I later shared this experience with a few friends and their reactions were all the same - "Yes, that's Camelback."
Feel free to go but expect to be disappointed.
