A lovely museum, but some disappointing staff interaction

点评：Milestones Museum is a lovely place, and my family and I have visited many times over the years. It has always been one of our favourite places to go. However, during a recent visit, part of the museum was closed due to a school trip.
As a home-educated family, we were visiting to learn about the wars and had planned a scavenger hunt as part of our learning. Unfortunately, one of the areas we needed was closed. We spoke to a member of staff who was polite and agreed to let us access the area for a few minutes, as the school group was not actually inside at the time, despite the sign and closed door. This member of staff also checked with colleagues over the radio before giving permission.
We were only in the area for around a minute when a second member of staff approached us and was incredibly rude. Their manner felt more like an interrogation than a polite enquiry, despite the fact that we were there for educational purposes, had been given permission by another staff member, and had paid for entry like everyone else.
As long-standing visitors, this experience was incredibly disappointing. The behaviour of this particular staff member felt unnecessary and uncalled for, and it detracted from what has always been a very positive experience for us.
