With peace of mind, I booked two transfers a month in advance. And yet, for both bookings, they assigned me a Mercedes Vito — an Economy Van, cheaper and lower tier than the class I paid for. Their excuse: “If no sedan is available, we may upgrade to a van.” For me, this is not an upgrade — it’s a guaranteed way to make me sick for days.
After several days of back-and-forth and repeated assurances that I would get the class I paid for, they admitted: “We do not have any availability for E-Class for the booked dates.” Remember — this was one month in advance. This tells me they don’t actually have the advertised fleet at all, just a bunch of vans.
Extremely unreliable, misleading advertising, and no real control over their vehicle supply.
