点评:At the start of our drive on the Cabot Trail, we stopped into Cabotto Chocolates. We were immediately greeted by a woman that worked there, she explained all of the chocolates and standing at the counter you can look in through a window of the chocolates being made. We wandered the little shop and made our choices for chocolates.
We purchased a few of the truffles and bought two packages of the maple walnut leaves. We ate the truffles immediately and they were incredible. The chocolate on the outside was thin and the soft centers were so creamy and flavorful. They are hard to make and these were perfection.
We devoured the maple walnut leaves while on the cruise ship and darn, I wish we would have tried them before we left, we would have bought more. The maple flavor was subtle but there, the interior was a bit creamy with tiny pieces of walnut. They literally melted in our mouth. There were six per package and we ate the entire package in one sitting.
