Bexleyheath branch bad service!!
Crook Log Leisure Centre的点评
点评：I went to Leisure Center Bexleyheath to try the gym and had a horrible experience. When I arrived I was asked to have the app. I explained I didn’t have the membership, but I was just told “ It doesn’t matter! I can print a ticket but you will have to wait upstairs until someone comes around “ I then tried to download the app but straight away the receptionist gave me a ticket and said… just go upstairs.
When I arrived there I had to wait for someone… and that’s fine. A really nice lady passed by with some cleaning products and asked me if I needed help. I explained to her that I came to try the gym and she called another member of staff to help.
This blond lady came with a massive attitude, said I didn’t have to download the app as I was not a member. Didn’t make me feel welcome at all and with an angry face just said I can use the gym.
Before start training I tried to have some water but the fountain was not working . I then asked the same blonde girl where could I find another fountain but with a really bad tone and attitude just told me to go to the end of the gym.
At the end I just decided to leave as it was not worth to even think about spending money in a place like this .
FYI…. I have trained in Erith as part of the trial and the service was amazing! Such a nice people and they make you feel really welcome!
