SHADOWPALM TOURS的点评
点评：We took 3 trips with Shadowpalm during our stay on Maafushi and would highly recommend them all.
We enquired online before we arrived and booked onto the first trip (whale sharks). Online communication was friendly and helpful, and we received the same treatment when we visited their office on arrival to confirm details.
All Shadowpalm staff and crew gave great customer service - always polite, friendly and informative.
The trips themselves were exceptional. We really appreciated how the welfare of whale sharks (and all the creatures we observed) was the priority, as well as the safety of the guests.
The crew explained that the whale shark tour involved lots of waiting to try to locate the sharks and manta rays, and that there were no guarantees of sightings. They did an amazing job and we got to swim with manta rays and 2 whale sharks. Lunch on an abandoned island was included in our trip, and the crew had us all up and dancing back to Maafushi. It was great fun!
Next day we took the coral reef trip, and we got to watch dolphins, swim with sea turtles and beautiful fish, and visit a sand bank. Again, lunch was included.
Our last trip was to swim with nurse sharks, which was an incredible experience. We also got to swim with dolphins, which was just magical, and we visited Fulidhoo to see stingray and more nurse sharks. Another great lunch included and another visit to the sandbank for photos.
Thank you Shadowpalm, you delivered on all trips and your staff went out of their way to ensure all guests had the best time. We were older than most of the other guests but we found all trips to be inclusive for all ages, abilities and nationalities.
These really are memories to last a lifetime and nobody could try harder to deliver them than the guys at Shadowpalm.
