点评：We are a family of 5, aged between 44 and 13. We had a really amazing day.
We came as the teens had seen posts on social media and really wanted to go. We booked the night before online which was very easy and clear and gave the times of tide so we were aware we could walk there and get the boat back which we was able to book in advance. As NT members the castle and gardens were free which was a bonus but after being we would happily have paid.
We was somewhat hesitant as being summer holidays was expecting it to be manic and had seen some videos of big lines! I think they may have been fake as ws had no issues at all. Parking was a breeze paid £6 for 5 hours which was plenty. The walk over to the causeway was 5-10 mins and the walk across was 15 mins. We had lunch in the cafe which was reasonably priced and the views amazing. Walk up to the castle was a but steep but plenty of places to stop. Once In side the place is well lit and there are people around if you have an questions. Gardens were beautiful and the boat back was great. It was busy but didn't feel crowded and was manged really well. The whole day exceeded our expectations. The sun was shining and the views to die for. 100% recommended.
