Excellent experience, so much to do

点评：I can't rate the experience highly enough. We visited with an 11 and 14 year old, 46 year old and 74 year old and we all loved it. There is so much to see and do. We arrived at 9.30am and left at 4pm, but could have stayed longer. The displays are very informative, with some excellent interactive elements throughout the buildings for all ages. We visited over half term and were lucky enough to receive a guided your by Vaughan, an ex miner at Geevor who provided an incredible insight into the mine when it was in operation. You also get to visit part of a mine as part of the experience. We left with a real sense of what the mine brought to the local community as well as the importance of the work carried out. The cafe was really great too, so definitely worth a visit. Great for all weathers as plenty of cover. And to top it all off, you get free entry within a year if you sign up to gift aid. A must do when visiting Cornwall!
