We Love Colchester Zoo!
Colchester Zoo的点评
点评：Fantastic zoo. Loads of animals to see. They all look well maintained and happy. I have an annual pass and have been several times this year and my children have had so much enjoyment.
They absolutely love going through the dinosaur realm and love the parks they have inside as well as the soft play. There is so much to do you need multiple days there to get round to seeing absolutely everything they have to offer!
The southern kitchen meal deals are a fantastic price and are delicious.
They have a new cowboy cookie cup ice cream which was huge . Great value!
The only thing I’ve found I dislike so far is the hot chocolate! It tastes overly nutty and not very chocolatey at all.
Now a huge shoutout to the jungle tumble team who went above and beyond for me today. My child was testing out her apple tag badge today for the first time and it came off in the soft play. I had a run around and couldn’t find it! I asked if the team could let me know if it gets handed in and they took my details, but during change over, one of the ladies was on her hands and knees searching the soft play for me! I then realised it can make a sound! So I started to call it during the next change over and all of the team got involved in hunting the soft play for it whilst I kept pinging the sound. One of the team members found it, and I couldn’t be more grateful as we live over an hour away and I planned to take the air tags abroad next week which is why we was trialling them in the zoo in the first place! I’m so grateful to these staff members as they could’ve just told me that they’d keep an eye out and contact me but instead they actively looked and went above and beyond! Thank you!
I look forward to our next visit!

现在，我要特别感谢丛林翻滚团队，他们今天为我付出了巨大的努力。我的孩子今天第一次玩她的苹果标签徽章，结果在软体游乐区掉了。我跑了一圈，却怎么也找不到！我问工作人员，如果标签被交上去，能不能通知我，他们记录了我的信息。但在换岗的时候，一位女士趴在地上，在软垫上找我！我这才意识到，标签会发出声音！于是，在下一次换岗的时候，我开始发出声音，整个团队都参与到软垫上寻找标签，而我则不停地发出声音。一位团队成员找到了标签，我非常感激，因为我们住在一个多小时车程的地方，而且我计划下周把标签带到国外，这也是我们当初在动物园试用的原因！我非常感谢这些工作人员，他们本可以告诉我会留意并联系我，但他们却积极寻找，并且付出了超出预期的努力！谢谢！
期待下次再来！
