点评:The cathedral in Winchester, as an experienced
tour leader for groups, I can say that has showed to tourists it’s worster side as they are completely Unorganized in managing Groups, I tried to reach them several times by phone and even by email in order to organize a guided group tour inside, but no any feedback received on the above, moreover the worster thing is that after having paid to them the huge amount of 312 £ just to enter the site, the ticket officer had the courage to reprimand our request claiming that they need 1 whole month to organize it, what’s a shame!!! Better change employees if not able to organize a simple tour !!! there were 6 guides there, doing nothing than chatting inside the church, leaving a whole group guessing what they had to visit and appreciate inside. Despite that, they were all waiting to serve every individual entering the cathedral, what’s a non sense in that !!! No customer service attitude, no any elasticity in their rigid mind in order to manage successfully an issue which appeared to them sooo big and complicate for their brain level ahhhh !!! At the end the group didn’t learn anything, exception made for their good representation of being so mentally rigid, so 27 visitors remained disappointed by their frustrating attitude after having paid such amount which would have better saved if they knew how they would be managed
