Burghley House的点评
点评：I had wanted to visit Burghley House for a long time having driven past the signs for years and never actually going there. So, I decided to book 2 tickets for me and my partner so we can look around a proper house and gardens ( having visited ruins of Abbeys and Castles before )
I thoroughly reccomend it to anyone. Such good value for money. The rooms are like nothing I have seen before and the artworks are incredible. We had a really enjoyable day out.
The staff there are very knowledgeable and dont interrupt you but chip in with information and answer questions ( a mention to Diane particurlarly ) who told us about the trees planted there and information on the grounds.
We didnt eat there but there is a restaurant and cafe and plenty of toilets. A walk over to Lion bridge provides a nice stroll and great photos looming back at the house from afar.
Go there, Its so well looked after and a joy to visit, thank you!
