点评：Awesome experience. Can't rate this place highly enough. Went for the first time last weekend to self launch our paddleboard. Had a lovely relaxing two hours which for £12 I thought was super value. Son saw the wakeboarding and wanted to come back so booked again with his friends for today. Again great time paddleboarding and a try at wakeboarding. The instructors were outstanding, whatever they are paid it's not enough. Three male staff helped our group of 4 one providing a on land demo and they others helping the kids into and on the water (they swapped over 3/4 way through the session). They were super positive, encouraging and patient, I really felt their attention with the kids made the whole experience a step above the other similar attractions we've visited.
My son mentioned he was cold to me and 2 minutes later someone arrived with a dry robe, the staff member must have heard and radioed a colleague. Anyway the level of service we received was unreal and we will definitely be returning.
There's loads of other points I can comment on, great service & choice in the cafe, no queues at the office, loads of staff on hand to help if you needed, plenty of places to sit, changing rooms etc clean and plenty available, parking free and plenty of space.
I also got an hour of peace with a brew and a book in the sun which hasn't happened in a long time absolute bliss.

我儿子跟我说他觉得冷，不到两分钟后就有人送来了干浴袍——那位工作人员肯定听到了他的话，并通过对讲机通知了同事。不管怎样，我们所享受到的服务水平简直超乎想象，我们绝对会再次光临。
还有很多值得一提的地方：咖啡馆的服务很棒且选择多样；服务台前无需排队；需要帮助时总有众多工作人员随时伸出援手；有大量的休息区可供使用；更衣室等设施既干净又充足；停车免费且车位也很多。
我还享受到了一个小时的宁静时光——在阳光下品着茶、读着书，这种惬意已经很久没有体验过了，真是无比幸福。
强烈推荐这个绝佳去处！很棒的人啊。
