点评：As a solo traveller, I booked a 4N/5D canoeing and camping tour. My experience with Amazon Jungle Survival Tours was outstanding. Before the tour began, Edgar took the time to ask what I was hoping to get out of the experience. He listened carefully to my interests and tailored the tour accordingly, which made the entire trip much more meaningful and enjoyable.
What truly made the trip special were my guides, Dixon and Jairo. Their knowledge of the rainforest was remarkable. Without them, I would have missed most of the wildlife we encountered. They were able to spot animals that seemed completely invisible to the untrained eye—from monkeys and sloths to colorful birds and insects hidden high in the trees or camouflaged among the vegetation.
Just as importantly, Dixon and Jairo played a crucial role in keeping me safe without compromising the survival and camping experience. They constantly monitored my surroundings and pointed out potential hazards, including venomous insects and snakes that visitors would easily overlook. Their expertise allowed me to explore the Amazon with confidence while gaining a deeper appreciation for this extraordinary ecosystem.
What impressed me most was how much they genuinely love the Amazon. Their passion for the rainforest, its wildlife, and the local communities was evident in everything they did. They were not simply doing a job—they were sharing a place they deeply care about and want others to appreciate and protect. Their enthusiasm was contagious and made every activity more meaningful.
The entire trip was well organized, but it was the professionalism, experience, sharp eyes, and genuine love for the Amazon shown by Dixon and Jairo that transformed it into an unforgettable adventure. If you want to truly experience the Amazon and do so safely, I cannot recommend Amazon Jungle Survival Tours highly enough.
