Most relaxing trip ever taken.
North Captiva Island Beaches的点评
点评：My husband and I, along with our 8 and 10 year old visited for a week. We are a highly scheduled family with activities, sports, work meetings, etc. we just wanted to go somewhere and just unwind. They are still recovering from Ian and many homes are still under repair, but many that are not. Only 2 restaurants are open. One is fancy and the other is a pool bar. We ordered our groceries through Shally’s management service which I would highly recommend. They were dropped off inside our house before arriving. It is a lot more expensive, but totally worth it. We never did eat out so we saved money there. You also don’t have a car rental. Transportation was set up with Shallys as well. If your house that you are renting is through Shallys management company, they are great at helping you plan your trip. We didn’t wear shoes the whole week, no paved roads, golf carts only. We spent the majority of time on the beach, at home doing puzzles, reading, movies and games, and a walk through the state park. Lots of time shelling as well. I thought the kids would be bored, but they said this was their favorite trip we have ever taken. We weren’t running from place to place to see different things. We litterally walked out of the house and onto the beach. It was lovely.
