点评：The staff were absolutely lovely and really helpful. The hot stone massage was great and the therapist I had was brilliant. She asked thoughtful questions but was quiet during the massage to allow me to enjoy it and not feel I had to engage in chit chat.
The restaurant was lovely and had some great meals and drinks.
A couple of things that let it down though. Many of the lockers didn't work and the ones that did had no instructions so you had to try and figure out how they worked (with varying degrees of success). Also the relaxation room was absolutely freezing. We were wrapped up in blankets and sat next to a heater but still took hours until the afternoon to warm up. Not sure if that was just a malfunction that day or if it's always like that but unfortunately spoiled the relaxation both before and after our massage as we were the first ones in that day.
The swimming pool, sauna, hot tub etc. were great. Overall a nice experience but those 2 items above took it from a 5 to a 4.
