Customer service needs a lot of work!

点评：The location is beautiful and the beach is stunning but as for the hotel itself.. not five star. The customer service is not great and they really need to be a bit more on the ball. We were double charged for our room service after telling their receptionist that we’d already given our card details he argued that it was still an outstanding charge so took the payment again. Only realised after leaving when I checked the receipt. Lack of information given prior to our stay about where we could park, what was included in our breakfast and where we would have it etc, had to email twice and still got a vague answer back. We stayed in the pod which was nice but missing the promised marshmallows. Decked area also very splintered wood and cut my sons foot. Breakfast was meant to be delivered between 8 & 9 turned up at 9.20 which isn’t great when you have hungry children who are up early. Definitely not five star service!
翻译：酒店位置优美，海滩也令人惊艳，但就酒店本身而言……绝对称不上五星级。客户服务很差，他们真的需要更加尽职尽责。我们明明已经告知前台我们已经提供了信用卡信息，却还是被重复收取了客房服务费，他坚持说这笔费用尚未结清，所以又收了一次。直到离开后查看收据才发现。入住前也没有提供任何信息，比如停车地点、早餐包含哪些项目以及用餐地点等等，我们不得不发了两次邮件询问，得到的回复仍然含糊不清。我们入住的是胶囊房，环境不错，但是没有提供承诺的棉花糖。露台的木头也有很多裂纹，划伤了我儿子的脚。早餐原本应该在8点到9点之间送达，结果9点20分才到，这对于早起饿着肚子的孩子来说简直太糟糕了。绝对不是五星级的服务！
